In staff.Currently the employee's are the best the store has ever had.Your always welcomed and greeted with a curteous smile, your asked how they can help you today, exemplorary service..all staff are knowledgeable, polite, treat you like a human being. Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!

For 2 years, Ive looked for a dry food that my insanely picky Chihuahua would eat.. without success. Yesterday was my first time trying Pet Valu and the level of service I received was amazing. I was served by the manager who took so much time explaining the properties of different brands ...she was so knowledgeable and helpful that it was no surprise that when I arrived home with her recommendation, my dog ate a few dozen pieces immediately

We bought 500 crckets at oct 3th,and they all dead in two day,we went back yesterday tand buy another 500, but only find out about 100 of them dead again,after came home from work, we buy crickets over a dozen times sofar,from 20cricket to 1000 crickets at one ,and never any thing wrong, we did talk to the sale people at the shop yesterday.and they too ，no clue. Can same one tell me why?

I purchased 2 kittens yesterday. I felt like I was the only customer in the store that mattered. The people were upbeat and friendly as well as very courteous.
I have found a new store for all my animal needs.
