It was a totally decent place, everyone was really friendly. We were travelling (moving) with cats and I smuggled my kitties in and they kind of turned a blind eye. Besides that everything was clean and professional. You always know what to expect with this chain - reasonable price, clean, everything works. I'd stay here again if I had to stay in Nanaimo and just wanted a good place to sleep (as opposed to a Bed and Breakfast or something).

The food was great as was the service. The margarita which used to be my favourite was drowned and flavourless in slush ice. 5 stars for the food and service, 0 stars for the margarita.

A very super nice beautiful far out super cool hotel with very good hearted hard working loyal staff and a 24 hour reception and very nice clean beautiful rooms.

We came up for 10 days vacation when our BMW started running very rough with no BMW service station on the Coast. I called Wayne and he said he was booked for the week but to bring it in. The next day he had the car fixed and the invoice was very reasonable. Thank you Wayne et al.. I have already recommended you to my friends who live on the Coast.

I recently bought a new truck, had issues with the stereo that came with it, after concluding I wanted a new one, I was able to find a good option from the in store stock. I was in the parking lot after setting up the stereo, only for the very nice dude that worked on my truck come out and offer to UPGRADE my stereo to a newer higher quality upgraded model for FREE… after installing the current stereo I bought. If anyone needs stereo or speaker work done I highly recommend Traffic Jams! The best

Great place great staff. fast friendly and respectful. had both an X-ray and an Ultra Sound and both procedures were excellent. they are nice and will work with you. I was a half hour from my appointment and had a family emergency and they understood and treated me with respect and tried their best to get me back in asap. great place I highly recommend.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, from the professional work completed, the customer service was excellent and then some, their follow through is very timely and considerate. On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. We are enjoying the rest of holiday thanks to the excellent and friendly service provided by the professional staff.
