The very BEST SERVICE. The staff here are most efficient and helpful. The Olive Bread is utterly fantastic. The best bread of all four shops where I frequented in Calgary. Airdrie Cobs exceptional compared to at least four Cobs I used while I lived in Calgary. So glad I moved to Airdrie.

The Lechon taste great and the balat is so crrrrrrrispy. Rolymie Lechon is always served in all the parties I went to. They have a common comments " The Best Lechon in Town" it's delicious and the balat is crispy just like the lechon in the philippines.
