My daughters and I enjoyed a very nice lunch at this restaurant.Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was reasonably good, but nothing to rave about or complain about either. Portion sizes were a little large. We were on the patio which was fine, but the chairs were back-breakingingly awful and the patio and tables sort of gave the impression that things weren't all that clean. Wait staff was reasonably attentive but not overly friendly. The overall impression was one of a cramped, crowded space both inside and on the patio -too bad they couldn't expand their space.

My family and I luncheon here whenever we visit Burks Falls. It is clean, fresh food and a bright inviting atmosphere. We find it to be one of the best restaurants in the Burks Falls, Magnetawan and Sundridge area. We highly recommend it.

I was in Shakey's a year ago and it has completely changed, I visited recently with some girlfriends and we had a fantastic meal. The owner has renovated the entire place to give it a 2010 pub look and has still kept the theme of a sports bar. Good job on the reno's, the menu looks great with some of the typical sports pub food such as nachos, hamburgers and wings. However the rest of the menu is quite amazing, from my understanding the waitress mentioned that Chris is a new addition to the staff and is the brother of the owner. He actually is coming from fine dining and is now helping run the kitchen. I will be back again and this time were bringing our husbands.
