I bought my living room furniture from Konto first and later bought my dining room furniture from them earlier this year. I had a very positive experience both times. Their sales people are very friendly and professional and they gave us space to look and discuss. Their delivery team was also excellent. We absolutely love our furniture too. Upon entering you are greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. Like all public places your temperature is taken and you are asked to sanitize your hands. This is the norm these days. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous. She answered all my questions and as a direct response, I purchased a dryer! Delivery and product was also excellent!
