Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Always fair with mechanic rates and prices on parts. I only trust John and his team with the care of my car.

A good mechanic is more valuable than gold. Werner is priceless. We have been taking ALL of our family's car's to him and his team. 3 generations of us. My car wouldn’t start on December 30th in the evening. I called B & F and he said he could look at it the next day. December 31st. I had it towed there that night, he fixed it the following day for a reasonable price and I got my car back. I was so glad he could get it done before the holiday. Very appreciated.

A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.

I've used Rob since he opened and he is the only mechanic I trust. While on a road trip to Ontario I had mechanical problems and phoned him for advice before going to the dealer.
Great customer service, professional, works fast, Great price. Never felt like I was up sold. Rob is honest and hard working. He also does his part for the community by hiring and training apprentices to pass on his knowledge. Highly recommend
