I had wonderful customer service while in the store AND several days later when I had to call. The guys working in there are helpful and accommodating. But, they NEED a dedicated fax line!

Call me a die-hard but I liked it better when these stores were all called Radio Shack. That said they are still the same in a lot of respects. This is still the place to go for all kinds of audio and video doodads that you just won't find all in one place without going to the Source. What's more is that they offer a great selection of other unique products that aren't often available anywhere else like USB devices that capture 35mm slides. They have done a good job in keeping with the times too and are quite a major Bell Mobility dealer and offer a selection of flat screen TVs and computer accessories too.

Fantastic store, amazing service and products you can't find anywhere else. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and always willing help you with your project. This is my go to store in the Lower Mainland.
