I learned about A1 from Yellow pages, and gave them a call. I have been looking to purchase a new air conditioner furnace for a few years now. The last few sales men I contacted were pushy and had many hidden costs...very sneaky. So finally I tried A1, The ladies at the office were extremely nice my salesman was fantastic and educated me on what I really needed. The installers were clean, quick, and informative. After they had a quality assurance inspector come out to make sure everything was installed properly and then made sure I understood my new thermostat...by the way wifi is the way to go !!! All in all it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who mentions they need an HVAC company.

When I called them first, Robert asked do you need any parts or services urgently? There was humanity over money and greed in his voice. He later on educated me, gave me very competitive price. I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We told them we had no heat in our home due to our old furnace break down and they did all they could to book us in ASAP. Their technicians were punctual, professional and clean.
