High praise from us for Canadian Awning & Canvas in Kingston Ont for the first rate service and awnings they provided. Needed replacements for 2 rectractible awnings we bought approx 12 - 13 years ago from Home Depot, Belleville. The frames are still efficient but H.D. were only interested in selling us new frames with awnings. I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). He had the door open by 7:30, so I didn't have to take the bus to work.
