I was at your store with my friend who is blind. I had been searching for a candle snuffer for her so that she could sit outside in the evening, with a citronella candle to ward off mosquitos. I was having to blow it out every evening, so I figured a snuffer would solve the problem. I called absolutely every store I could think of without success. Until I phoned you. Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market
