A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

I was referred to this company by a friend at work, now I owe him one. I didn't know what to expect, you know that fear you get when using someone for the first time. Well Julio and his team took those worries away. With patience they found the issues, fixed it a reasonable cost and saved the parts to show me what happened. I have a 2024 Toyota 4Runner and use Autel sensors on my Winter tires. This is the second year of use and I rotated them front-to-back, which confused the TPMS locations on the tire monitor display.
