The owner Mike is a standup guy. Needed a battery for my truck a couple years ago and they had the most cost effective one I could find. When my battery gave up again less than 2 years later he replaced it with a better one and with a longer warranty (he no longer carried the brand i had as he found a better supplier). I was expecting an upgrade fee but he didn't charge me one. He said he wants to take care of customers and will look after the warranty. Quality service and reasonable rates.

I was recommended by a friend to go to Southglen , and I was very impressed with them away as I walked in with my son . They took the time to explain , give me an estimate and even offered me a courtesy car. Then when I picked my car , they had totally done a great job , over and beyond!! I wasent expecting that. I've used this business on a few occasions over the years found the people that work there be straight forward and honest as to what they feel is the problem your having and what needs to be done and what don't that's the nice part plus pretty reasonable I would recommend this company no problem.
