Nicholas just came through for me with a Driving impair charges with flying colours. I am giving him 5 star ratings for the tremendous work he has done. He was always on time, reliable, punctual, upfront and honest with me the first time I met him. After talking with him a few times I realize he is the man for this job.
I would recommend him and definitely use him again in the future if I have a problem.

Just bought a great BMW 528i from Downsview Place Auto Group. Low mileage, great price. They did the safety themselves at a little extra. And a 4-yr extended warranty. Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

Today was no exception with Derek and a young lady (I didn't get her name) at the counter. I'd also like to highlight their tire tech James who's very passionate about what he does and throughly explained the procedure that was performed on my car.
