Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! My experience from start to finish was phenomenal at Jim Keay. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and introduced to Marc Leyton who was my sales assistant. He helped me find the perfect F-150 for me and I didn't tell him this, but I even paid less than I had budgeted for. I really felt like he was on my side in getting the best price possible from the managers. Thanks for the great service to Marc and the rest of the team at Jim Keay for making the normally stressful process so comfortable.
