TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. I look forward to an equally positive relationship with the service staff over the next few years. I am very happy with the services I received from Doug and Steve. I brought in my Kia Sportage and they did an amazing job installing the replacement engine. The final cost for the work done was very affordable. My husband and I are so impressed that from now on we will always have our vehicles serviced there. I love speedy auto works and the guys there, the Owner is great he was very honest i went with my estimate from the dealer because he had advertised he would beat it by 10%. my estimate was $1430.I thought he would do it but after checking my car it only cost me $320 and still running smooth. I will never go to a different mechanic. thank you speedy
