Bought my first car here. The salesmen were very helpful with helping me throughout the entire process. At no point did any of the salesmen do "dirty" tricks such as encourage me to buy a more expensive car. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!

I've been going there roughly for 6 years and spent about $5000 thousand dollars,and the manager and staff very well,i spoke to the owner about a part time job and he told the manager to hire me,I've asked her numerous times to just give me a chance and if it didn't work out no hard feelings,but I'm thinking it's decrimanation as I'm 65,so i will never go back to Bubbles again,i can save $90.00 plus a month doing it myself and then i know it's done to my standards.

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. I love Adair Auto Repair. They always take such good care of my Mini. Whenever there is a problem they bring me in the back and show me. They will usually was my car for me ( as long as it's not freezing outside which I appreciate)
