A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Best and most honest mechanic in the city. Third time getting work done at this shop and they continue to amaze me. I had ball joints, ujoints, wheel hub bearing assembly, and axle sleeves replaced on my 2012 Wrangler replaced. I was advised of issues I already knew about but they did not try to upsell me or make up some story which required me to spend hundreds more. I recommend them to all my family and friends. If youre in need of a trustworthy mechanic, take it to them.

Very knowledgeable on autoparts and accessories, personable and honest hard to find nowadays. Always friendly and wouldnt trust my vehicles with anyone else sim and miguel are top notch when it comes to there extensive knowledge and customer service
