Staff at the rental desk are knowledgeable and courteous. We rent items at various times throughout the year and we can count on the products, the orders are complete, and the warehouse staff are helpful. They offer a consistent and reliable service. We definitely recommend.

The cable was seized on my mower. Googled the model number and nothing comes up. Great. I phone Sears parts. It is $14.22 USD plus shipping to a US address.
Ideal says bring it down and we will match it up. I do, she does and $20 later I am out the door.
How can the service get any better than that? Part if PERFECT, service is PERFECT, price is PERFECT.
