Great educator, knowledgeable instructor, well prepared and very entertaining. Lorraine is very flexible, she will go to your place to tech your staff at your convenience time. All of us at Fantastic Nails and Spa would like to thank you Lorraine for coming to our salon on a Sunday to teach us First Aids and CPR. We all had learned a lot from you. They were not open the day we went but they saw us outside and invited us in. They were kind and caring people who made us feel at home. The stained glass things they are doing are fun and exciting. Good stuff.
