Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.
