Excellent experience from start to finish. They made an accurate assessment of the masonry work that needed to be done, and took the time to explain how they would proceed, step-by-step. I LOVE Petopia. My dog Dexter is on their unlimited daycare plan and it is an absolute lifesaver. Their hours are fantastic, they are so accommodating when I need to work late or if Dexter ends up needing to spend the night because of my crazy schedule. Best of all - Dexter always has a huge smile and tones of fun while he is there. He is pretty particular and has gotten bored at other daycares - but not at Petopia. These are real dog people and will treat your furbaby like it’s their own.

We had one very large antique Persian Rug as well as two Silk ones we needed to trust Persian Rug Services with, and we were so happy we did. The carpets look like they were just made. I woke up in the middle of the night because my house was absolutly freezing!! I fiddled with the thermostat, by i couldnt get the furnace to kick over and turn on. after a long long night i called royal which i found randomly off the net, explained the situation and how i needed help asap. they come over quickly and diagnosed the issue free of charge. After they gave me the upfront price i agreed and they fixed the issue. Turned out to be an electrical issue - a mouse chewed up a wire - they showed me the culprit and his work. I had a good experiance with royal and would indeed recommend.
