I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

I was very glad to deal with Joanne of the Office Shop. Joanne was very efficient in placing my order of 3 filing cabinets and gave me very helpful advice. The delivery team was also very efficient and professional in rendering its delivery service.
