Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . Had Millennium look at 3 different vehicles over the last 6 years. None of them were new so expensive repairs were not appropriate. Ben did what was necessary to keep them all road worthy. He used a side mirror from a written off Prius to replace my broken one - electrical controls included and did it while I waited. He has always understood the mechanical problems always been pleasant to deal with.

This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.

Just had their technician leave after getting my water heater and heating unit serviced for the year. The technician was courteous, fast and knowledgeable. For under $150 I was able to get everything ready for the new season. I would recommend strategic mechanical to anyone without hesitation.
