after injuring both shoulders the long recovery was made much less painful because of the phsiotherapy conditioning I recieved prior to and following surgery. Monitoring my progress, providing answers related to my injury,and assisting me with understaning what goals were realistic in relation to my injury and how to achieve them without jepordizing the surgical repair. I always felt that my input was important and that I could ask any questions related to my injury. Great location, parking never a problem and always willing to accomodate my schedule.

I've been to a couple different therapists at Everest Therapeutics and they are fantastic. Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage. The reception team is friendly and knowledgeable.... give them a call to find the right RMT for you

Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. I called to make an appointment to get my carpets cleaned and i was able to get an appointment right away which was great due to my very busy schedule. He did an excellent job and my carpets looked brand new!!!!! Overall, I definitely give him a five star rating he was very professional and did such a great job!!! I will be using him again soon!!
