The folks at In the Raw, Jill and Rob, and their talented team are simply the best to be found anywhere in Vancouver. Their knowledge and willingness to help and advise pet owners is fantastic. Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! Definitely would go back again.
