I was recommended by a friend to go to Southglen , and I was very impressed with them away as I walked in with my son . They took the time to explain , give me an estimate and even offered me a courtesy car. Then when I picked my car , they had totally done a great job , over and beyond!! I wasent expecting that. My vehicle had been vandalized and brought to All Star Collision to have it repaired.
The quality of work was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful courteous as well as knowledgeable. I received a loaner while I waited for the repair of my vehicle (despite not having the MPI insurance for loss of vehicle).
The only reason it did not receive a 5 out of 5 was they were a little vague on timelines and it took longer than expected.
Overall it was a great experience.
