I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Home Instead Senior Services was more than helpful! They provided amazing customer service, were friendly and very reasonably priced. From booking the service all the way through to payment, everything was smooth and easy. Because of them, my Great Grandmother could attend my wedding ceremony and be apart of my special day. Very satisfied with my color. This sweet lady (not the owner) did my hair, which was a nightmare. Needed color correction in a bad way, (my blond was turning orange). I was really nervous, but she took her time, reassured me and in the end she was right! I LOVE my new ash blonde! Used the 50% discount for first time customer, so the price was good. A little concerned about cost when I go back however as the 50% wont apply. Will still return however. A good hair dresser is hard to find.

I have been going to Maple Ridge Physio and Pain clinic since 2007, Edwin and David are very knowledgeable and supportive. They offer a wide range of treatmenta and their Kinesiology team is great as well. This is the only place I will go when I have an injury or pain, I highly recommend them!

It was such a pain to make an account on here to write a review, but totally worth it for the amazing service we received. Nick from Bell really saved our hides today! He showed up quickly, was super nice (even though it was after hours!) and fixed our problem! We had little hope that a locksmith could help, but he got the job done. I absolutely recommend this place.
