A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

I have made many large purchases here as the staff know what they are talking about and they have such a vast selection on site. many different depts and they offer payment plans which is so great for starting out and/or big purchases! have fun!

Curtis and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. I was able to book an appointment next day, after the first snowfall of the season. They also threw in an oil change and got me completely ready for the winter season. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I have known John for decades. He is energetic, meticulous, and probably one of the most honest lawyers Ive ever met. He has a great reputation and works hard to uphold it. My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk.
