This is an excellent business! I first contacted them when I needed tires & rims in 2016. Greg treated me with respect & listened to my concerns, which was a refreshing change from being treated as a dumb female at some other shops. They have looked after my tire needs (including winter & summer changeovers) ever since.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. As it turned out, we actually found the key. The customer service and response time were AMAZING! Will definitely recommend!! Thanks!

Super helpful staff! I came in with an low oil alarm and they verified the oil I required, checked the level and then added it for me. They were kind and polite, did not talk down to me, and solved the problem. Overall fantastic service. Highly recommended.
