I am an out of province visitor to Calgary. Had a problem with my Thule roof rack. Wanted to move the crossbars, but all the locks were frozen. The staff at the 16th Ave.NW store were very friendly and helpful in solving the problem. Great service and highly recommended.

We have bought 2 cars from Calgary bmw. One new and recently a pre owned for my daughter. Both experiences very positive. Darcy Cooke gave exceptional service and went beyond what was expected.

When we got married we recommended for all of our out of town guests to stay at the Four Points - which was just about all of them because we didn't grow up here. About 100 people stayed there and everyone was very impressed. They have a great pool area with a waterslide - which during the day time was awesome for the little families - and from what we heard in the evening some of the groomsmen also had quite a good time on that waterslide as well. They also have a pool and a large hot tub, a spa, a hair salon, a car rental and two restaurants. We really enjoyed having everyone together and in a place that really worked well for everyone. We also spent our wedding nigt there and they put champagne in our room as well. It was a lot of fun and we are glad that we went with Four Points - in comparisson to the other hotels in the area - it is by far a nicer hotel with significantly more ammenities.

Thank you Canada for such wonderful people everywhere. We were gladly surprised when we learned that the manager of this building is Ukrainian, she can help you in Ukrainian, Polish and English. We have been in Canada for 1 month and once we found this location we applied. Not only did we get a perfect call back, she followed up and supported up with all the processes for Newcomers. It's refreshing to see people who help with such dedication. I am in customer service and I rate this 5 star.

I was on the search for new Bola Balls for my ladder ball game. Amazon wanted a ridicules price in American money and would take weeks even with priority shipment. Found this company online and where right her in Calgary. Had the new Bola balls in my hand within a day and 1/2, exceptional service from this company. Very fast & friendly and affordable. Will definitely be a return customer for any outdoor game activities. Thank you.
