I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea about 4 years ago. Dr. Alonso and the sleep techs have been very helpful and I am happy to say that my sleep has greatly improved and it's much easier to wake up in the morning. No more feeling sleepy in the afternoon :-) Initially, CPAP was hard but I got used to the therapy with the help of everyone at the clinic.

I had my windows tinted by Icon and I have nothing but good things to say. Damian, Roxanne and the entire Icon staff were great to work with and their genuine passion for cars is reflected through the quality work and service they provide. The small but clean shop is well worth a visit if you are interested in having your vehicle tinted and at what I found to be a very reasonable price point.

such an amazing class! i just took a warm yoga class a couple days ago and loved it. now getting ready to go to a hot yoga class extremely excited for anither amazing and well taught class. highly recommend it
