Dealing with Brendon, the appraiser made the whole experience simple and stress free. The repair was done on time and an excellent job. I've had many vehicles repaired there over the years and seen many others. If you want a spanky office and cute receptionist, go elsewhere, but these guys are the real deal: still do restorations, while the bulk of their work is insurance. Never had a problem with the work done or had to take anything back.

Excellent service! I took my car in after a small fender bender for an estimate and they were able to fix it right on the spot. It didn't even take that long, I went on my lunch break from work and was back at work with a fixed car on time. I had to book an estimate, but they were able to get me in within a week of calling them. Other places were booking well into the next couple months. They have made a customer for life.
They even had one of those fancy Tassimo machines that are so wonderful!
