They always want to make sure your pup is happy with the food that you choose and will exchange the food if your pup isnt happy. I contacted Roland of FCS and he was out doing services and dropped into my home within 2 hours of talking to him. He fixed my treadmill and promised to let me know 1 feature that needed fixing after talking to the company.He advised me how to maintain my machine. Very pleasant guy and efficient.
