I can't say enough positive things about the ladies at Creekside! Dr Downie is a compassionate, knowledgeable chiropractor. She goes above and beyond to help figure out what your individual needs are. Lindsay one of the RMT's is excellent as well, I feel amazing after her treatments. Everyone else at Creekside is extremely welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend them!!

I cant express enough good words and actions to everyone here! They have been my go to place since puberty! And why i say that is i was born as a hermaphodite! I dont hide the fact that i have both female and male parts below the waist! And as a young adult having natural grown 36 dd's i make sure i can show them off! Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.

We hired their wheelchair accessible Taxi to transport a family member. We made the first reservation the day before; the taxi arrived at the set time. The next time we required their services we made the reservation two hours prior to the desired pickup time. Despite the ice and snow both days, both drivers respectfully and patiently picked up and transferred their wheelchair-bound client safely to and from the requested destinations. We are grateful Castlegar Taxi offers this service.

I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. I am so thankful for their kindness and explanation of the real work that needed to be done and making me safe on the road once again. Thank you.
