In staff.Currently the employee's are the best the store has ever had.Your always welcomed and greeted with a curteous smile, your asked how they can help you today, exemplorary service..all staff are knowledgeable, polite, treat you like a human being. Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!

Absolutely love the pets here. I absolutely loved the bird collections they have and the customer service they offer is astounding. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and animals. The birds they carry are very healthy and friendly. I always walk out of this store satisfied as a customer. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of snakes, lizards, amphibians and spiders. They always have the feeders I need....I have snakes, lizards, tarantulas and scorpions. I won't go anywhere else.
