Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service.

Elijah does not mind taking the time to explain your prescription, or give you answers to any other questions you may have, and all in a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere! Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.
