I was very pleased with the service from Class A Automotive. I was consulted on everything that needed done on my truck. They explained work that needed to be done now and what could wait. Was pleasantly surprised by store employee Derek. He took the time to properly investigate what filter I needed for my humidifier to ensure I had the right one. He was pleasant to deal with and obviously cared that I got the right product.

On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.
