Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. My furnace was not working so I called and if someone come and look at it. They had the repairman here in less than 2 hours. The problem was solved and I am so happy with their service. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Always helpful and accommodating - the service advisors are great. They always explain options and when you call them in an emergency situation - will bend in all ways to help you. I’ve had 2 cars with them for many years - and always a pleasure to deal with. I won’t go anywhere else

Have to agree that Mervat is the best you can get in your pharma needs. And every single one of the staff all get 5 out of 5 in my books.
