Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. I have been taking our car to Koops since we bought it, and they have been nothing short of great to work with. They have mechanics that know their stuff, and give good honest advice to ensure that the work that needs to be done on the car is what is done. I would recommend Koops to anyone.

Literally dialed the wrong number. Meant to call another guitar store. The owner Mark answered the phone and I apologized for the mix up. He said no problem and asked what I was looking for. Within an hour I had purchased an amp from him. I’m in Ontario and they are shipping free. No pst so I’m saving $$$. He put one of his techs on the phone to help walk me through the product and help me with a decision. These folks are knowledgeable and have a great service structure.

We are so pleased that we found this store, its so unique and their selection of flooring is the best we encounter when shopping for our basement, we found a great carpet and ceramic tile selection, the staff was great, very friendly, if you are looking for great service I recommend you visit this folks.
