I was here and read some unfortunate reviews about returns etc. I bought some red cedar chips. 3 cubes worth quite a lot of money but hey were huge so I wasn't disappointed. Only needed 2. I asked to exchange and they did so. Please consider the other reviews for what they are. I think maybe if you can't prove your care of a perennial then how can you blame them. I recommend Wickhams for sure.

Fast, Friendly, well stocked, fresh home made bread everyday, Some stuff id pricey but that's ok. I've never had an issue with rude service and I go there daily.

These guys were extremely helpful when my car was incapacitated
after business hours. They were extremely professional, drove me from the accident sit, to their shop, and then back to a place for me to sleep that night. They helped arrange everything with SGI, and were even willing to leg me get a ride with them the next day, back to my hometown 1.5 hours away.
As a female, I felt very comfortable in their shop. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members.
