Whenever I go to Cap-it the staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Between the excellent customer service, quality workmanship and knowledgeable staff I know I will always have a great experience. I enjoy their "can do" attitude and they always go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. I will continue to take my business to Cap-it and enjoy their great service, I know I am not their only customer but it sure feels good to be treated that way!

We own 3 vehicles and we've been taking them to Chinook Auto Service for almost 5 years now. We are very happy with their service and prices!! Also, every time we wanted to upgrade a vehicle we took it there for a pre-purchase inspection and that saved us a lot of headaches, as many people who sell vehicles are not always honest. This man has been my mechanic for over 5 years. He is efficient and honest. He does not do work on my vehicle if it is unnecessary. If I need parts, he will ask if I want new, used or refurbished parts and will recommend what he thinks is best.

Excellent craftsmanship with a friendly personal service. I’ve had several trucks repaired my the team over at Carstar. Ryan, Gary, and the rest of the folks make sure the work is top notch, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. Last truck I had in for repair, I was sent pictures every few days to keep me up to speed on the progress.

I went to get a car wash today, not realizing I had to pay inside before, when I was next in line I realized there was no place to insert my credit card! There were tons of people behind me in lineup as it was a beautiful winter day! I pressed the button for service, not wanting to cause a delay to all these other people. The lady who answered was very friendly and gave me a code without hesitation, even gave it complimentary and reminded me to go inside next time to pay beforehand! Great staff!
