Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. It was Wednesday and I was looking for something to eat for lunch, i saw Downtown Cafe while i was strolling around and decided to get their food special , which had been the Roast beef on a bun. The total came close to $10 with the drink, a pretty pricey meal for a coffee shop. However after biting down on the bun i was amazed by the taste. from the first bite to the last i enjoyed it and it was very delicious and i would proudly go back there again.
