Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!

When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good.
On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy.
The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again.
Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I would urge other people in pain to try laser treatments. It works!

we have employed seymour greenery for several projects. The most recent one completed was a retaining wall and removal of our front lawn and replacing it with flagstones. it looks great and has been admired by many in our neighbourhood.
clint, as usual, finished the work on schedule and on budget. his crews arrived on time, were always polite and willing to please. We have found the firm to be reliable, honest and professional.

I ordered some spring clean up since it looked like the snow was gone here. I appreciated the prompt response from the company both when I asked to get a quote and how fast the work was completed. Really thankful for that. They actually took a couple old tree stumps that I hadn't paid to have them take but wanted cleared out. :) Finding a professional surrey lawn care company is not that easy. Well it hadn't been for me at least. These guys did a great job because they cleared out old debris and garbage and really brought my yard back and made it ready for spring. Just wanted to pass on my review. Thank you.

The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. They carry an impressive selection of professional thank you cards and a whole host of other social stationery to meet every need you may have. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Buchan's is the best choice for stationery in the city.

Even though I do a lot of book shopping online these days I still love going to Chapters and browsing the aisles and aisles and aisles of books. This store is great by virtue of its location and the knowledgeable staff who can guide you to almost any title in the store. It is also a great place to while away an afternoon flipping through books you may buy since the staff pretty much leaves you to your own devices if this is what you are choosing to do. They also have a great little gift section for unique and interesting gift items. They used to have a pretty good music section but this is being renovated right now...possibly because they are no longer going to carry music. Head into Chapters at Broadway and Granville and lose yourself in the books!

Okay, I realize that there are not a tonne of public, and for that matter private, courses in the city but you could easily include any of the courses in the 'burbs and still call this the best course. Fraserview was once considered for the PGA tour and would have been used had the city let them lengthen a couple of holes. Oh well, perhaps this keeps this gem of a course a little less busy. Perched high up from the Fraser River you would never know you are smack dab in the middle of a major residential area of the city of Vancouver. Challenging and beautiful this course has another major thing going for it...the green fees. They are so reasonable it is shocking and particularly if you are playing with a junior the rates are very reasonable. The clubhouse is also excellent and offers a wide variety of food and drinks that you can enjoy on the patio while watching players come home on 18...for my money the most challenging hole on the course...but that may be because I lose a ball in the ravine every time I play there! If you are a golfer you HAVE to play Fraserview.

Carrying a huge variety of plants from 2 inch succulents to 25 foot trees this nursery is a great place for completely populating your garden or just filing in the gaps. If starting from scratch is more your speed they also carry a vast selection of seeds including a terrific selection of organic seeds. Of course, once you have your garden where you want it you're going to want to spend some time sitting in it and again Mandeville can help you here. Offering a wide slection of garden furniture there is something for everyone. They also offer a comprehensive selection of perfect gifts for the favourite gardeners in your life. My wife's mother even used to make the special trip to Mandeville from the Valley. Visit Mandeville and you too will see why they're that special.
