Dr. Brar is the best. He was my dog's vet while I was growing up & has taken wonderful care of my cats. He always remembers them & is gentle and kind. When we had to put my dog down he & his vet techs were very compassionate & helpful. He always explains your options to you, & he doesn't get weird or offended if you choose not to do certain tests or procedures when you can't afford it. He also offers the best prices for things like neutering that I could find in the area. 11/10 recommend.

Took my cat Boots in for updates shots and neutering. The facilities were extremely clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing right from the start. Met with Craig who was extremely knowledgable and answered all the questions we had. He even enlightened us on some bad habits we didn't know we were doing!
Very affordable with packages to fit your needs. I'm a student and the three easy payments were so convenient!
On the day of Boots' surgery, another amazing staff member, Lindsey went out of her way to give me an update as soon as he was out and awake. She even printed out great aftercare information for me to keep. They're well organized, not even the slightest hiccup during our three visits!
I cannot stress how professional and amazing these guys are. Your pets will be in the best care!

I can't thank these people enough. There were no vet places open Saturday morning around 3:00am. We tried Hamilton (Were I'm from) no patients being taken.We then drove to Burlington and the same thing. The only service available was this one who told us they could see my dog. By the time we reached there my dog had passed away. They tried the best they could, but I know my dog was in pain and he died in my arms. These people working here are very considerate,polite and honest. Thank you

I cannot praise Dr. Watts and his team at Highland Creek Animal Clinic enough. Their knowledge of animals and the concern they show is outstanding and I could not ask for better veterinarian care. From routine check-ups, vaccinations, surgery and other random medical issues, they have always provided the best for my pet. Based on past experiences, I thought that dogs dreaded going to the vet’s office. My dog loves visits to the clinic so much, she gets excited when I say we are going to see the doctor. Dr. Watts and his professional staff always exceed my expectations and I know that they have our best interests at heart. Their personal service really makes the difference and I’m sure, if dogs could talk, she would say the same thing!

We met dr Reid when we wanted to say goodbye to our very much loved dog at home. He was so very kind, gentle, competent. When our elderly cat had urination problems he gave us more information than any other vet ever had and helped us say goodbye at home. He takes care of our other 3 pets with homes visits, has reasonable prices, texts to check in on them and answer questions, and sends prescriptions to the clinic remotely while understanding budgets and different viewpoints. He is so great

We've used BAH for over 15 years - they've taken care of our Feline Babies so overwhelmingly, Doctors are so wonderful and compasionate, they make you feel at ease and they are GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO! I want to thank them for all their service and would highly recommend them for any Pet Owner.

Our cat Simon has always received good care at The Cat Hospital. He has diabetes, but it is under control because of the advice and support of the Hospital.
