I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The staff takes the time to know the customers and learn about what they like. When i walk into House of Russell, I feel like family. They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles. I would recommend House of Russell to anyone who wants the service and attention of a high class salon without the high price. When you leave House of Russell, you will feel like you got your moneys worth every time. I dont even live in the area anymore but i make the 30 min commute to get my haircut here,

I get the sense that the collection on offer here has been painstakingly selected by a highly skilled and intelligent librarian. The staff are always very helpful and never obtrusive.
Within a few seconds of entering this tiny store I always find title after title that immediately grabs my interest.
Not many "bargains" on offer, but everything I've bought has been well worth the price I paid.
You won't regret travelling a few extra miles to get here.

I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!

John Paradise made our experience exceptional. He really cares about the customer and the customers needs. When I bought a new vehicle he noticed Real Insurance had not transferred over my current coverage and instead charged me for another coverage I did not need. We came in by ferry from vancouver. had to take a cab to airport which is costly. but no other car rental offices were open after 5pm downtown. because i am under 25 was asked for proof of insurance by lady from bugdet. why would i carry my insurance in my pocket. hertz was nice enough to help us out and got a better price. see curt at hertz for a good deal

We had Don of Hudson Bay Charters haul our boat from storage near Chemainus down to the dock in Ladysmith. It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. We really appreciate his ability and friendly manner. We will hire him again anytime!!

I couldn't be more happy with the service Inspectech provided. The inspector was friendly and professional and the report I received was more detailed and thorough than I could have imagined. Next time we're in the market for a new home (which I hope isn't all that soon!) I will be calling these guys for sure.
