My refrigerator suddenly stopped operating, and I called Toronto Appliances Service asking for a repair consultation. Not only was my request last minute, it was also during the Easter long weekend and in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Robert & Ryan are excellent to deal with, they recently helped me replace my ancient washer & dryer where the removal and installation was difficult due to narrow space.
Unlike big box stores, they sell you the product, they install it, they service it, and they haul your old equipment away without leaving a spec of dirt in your house.
As far as price is concerned they easily beat the big box options, and don't sell you X brand because it offers a better commission than Y brand.

We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. We had a small problem upon delivery that was dealt with in minutes - so much better to deal with an independent retailer who can make things happen quickly.
