I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I previously had hearing aids for 5 yrs but never wore them as they never fit. Went to The Ear Company expecting to purchase new ones but they made adjustments to mine and they fit perfectly. I had a great experience at the Durham Family Footcare Clinic. Doctor thoroughly explained the surgical procedure beforehand to ensure I was well aware, in addition, to addressing any concerns I may have had. After the procedure the clinic staff was very attentive and expressed great concern to ensure I was healing appropriately.

OMG! I was just recently invited for a tasting of some of the most delicious steak and wine and cheese for a private event I am hosting. I usually hate being put on the spot for my opinion but meeting the owner I felt very comfortable with her stunning yet forward professional approach.
