I will agree that the wait times can be pretty long, especially during weekends and peak hours. However, in my experience, I have been here a number of times, and seen a variety of doctors and have been quite pleased with all of them, (and that is quite a compliment from me). Compared to other clinics I have been to around Sherwood Park, I will keep coming back to Rexall Medicenter.

My husband and I visit here nearly every day to ship packages for our business - everyone is always so lovely to talk to and helpful! They’ve come to recognize us and we are always greeted with a smile! The building is clean, has all the pharmacy needs filled and even has a great selection of grocery store items! I always enjoy the seasonal displays - they do a really good job!

I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!

The staff at the Rexall Drugs, St Albert store are consistently courteous & friendly. I like not having to walk to the back of the store to have a prescription filled. I can easily locate and OTC medications I for which I might have a need. Yes, 5 stars for sure.
