I woke up in the middle of the night because my house was absolutly freezing!! I fiddled with the thermostat, by i couldnt get the furnace to kick over and turn on. after a long long night i called royal which i found randomly off the net, explained the situation and how i needed help asap. they come over quickly and diagnosed the issue free of charge. After they gave me the upfront price i agreed and they fixed the issue. Turned out to be an electrical issue - a mouse chewed up a wire - they showed me the culprit and his work. I had a good experiance with royal and would indeed recommend.

I strongly recommend giving them a call. My water heater failed and they installed a new one for me, the next day, and $200 cheaper than the competition! Very friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond for me at no extra charge.

I loved the service they provided me, this company was suggested to me from a friend. They also had a great service, I am really happy that I chose them. They were in and out without a mess or issue. Just my dryer finally being fixed.
