My husband and I took the Birth Beginnings Pre-Natal weekend crash course. Michelle was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly in her teaching of the course. She was unbiased in her opinions and recommendations, and was sure to give us information on the options available to us throughout labour/delivery and beyond. A real honest mechanic who knows what he is doing. You can always trust Rich to tell it to you straight and help you weigh your options. My friend used to work for Rich which is where I got my initial introduction about 7 years ago, and I have been going to him for maintenance ever since. Highly recommended.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Ian the Service Manager was a great help. I took my 2013 Sportage in with a blown engine and he got it fully covered by warranty and got me a rental so I was not inconvenienced. Great service!!
